As an Application Maintenance Specialist, our Business Unit operates at the heart of critical infrastructures to ensure the continuity and performance of automated systems.
Active in these sectors, we offer tailored services combining technical expertise, responsiveness, and on-call support adapted to the needs of each site.
We support you in the maintenance of your automated systems or energy management systems with teams made up of specialized professionals, enabling expert-level support.

YOU ARE LOOKING FOR

A trusted partner with a dedicated contractual point of contact, dedicated teams, suitable technical resources and tools, a traceability system, and an advisory role to carry out maintenance of your automation, supervision, and industrial IT systems.

YOUR SOLUTION IS HERE

Some equipment presents a high level of criticality or is aging, making it essential to monitor installations and respond quickly in the event of malfunctions.
To address this, we offer several types of maintenance support:

  • PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE: Regular inspections of system condition and corrective actions if necessary
  • CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE: Diagnosis and resolution remotely or on-site, following operation/use
  • EVOLUTIONARY MAINTENANCE: Upgrading systems to keep them aligned with customer needs

APPLICATION MAINTENANCE (TMA)

To ensure proper operation (bug fixing, environment adaptation, backups), your systems are supported during business hours and days (Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) with availability and responsiveness commitments both remotely and on-site (1-hour response time by phone / 2 business days on-site), supported by a dedicated team of 12 specialists.

24/7 ON-CALL SUPPORT

To ensure the proper operation of your systems on critical sites operating 24/7, with strong availability and responsiveness commitments (call response time under 15 minutes / on-site intervention within 2 hours).

OPERATIONAL CONDITION MAINTENANCE (MCO)

To ensure 24/7 availability of equipment.

APPLICATION MAINTENANCE (TMA)
